Case 3

Patient presented with severe erosion and attrition affecting her anterior teeth and premolars. Central incisors are in end-to-end contact, with loss of vertical dimension. Crowns were required on her entire upper arch to raise the occlusion (bite) to create restorative room to re-establish the natural length of the anterior teeth. Soft tissue crown lengthening was performed to increase the amount of tooth structure needed to support the crowns.
