Case 6

Patient presented with old Porcelain fused to metal crowns on an implant in the UL central incisor with a lateral cantilever to replace missing lateral incisor. He has a history of bruxism/grinding. Vital bleaching of his teeth was done to improve colour and three crowns were ultimately fabricated to restore the UR central incisor and replace the old crowns with all ceramic restorations. A biteguard was fabricated to control the nocturnal grinding.
